Keepers of the Flame is the ultimate barbecue adventure, set to launch on Channel Ten in January 2014, the program explores the history of chargrill barbecuing and shares how these traditions can be applied today.
Hosted by real barbecue enthusiast Henry Wagons and barbecue expert Colin Magee, Keepers of the Flame traverses Australia exploring traditional techniques from around the world, then apply a modern twist to these methods to make them relevant for today.
Wagons, a neo-country musician brings his rockstar flare to the duo. He has a passion for food and loves dishing up tasting meals the run the gamut of mouth-flaming goodness. Magee on the other hand is the creator behind the BBQ, bringing to life the taste sensations and sharing his tips and tricks along the way.
