Aug. 5, 2014 - PRLog -- Historically creating rosters was antiquated or cost prohibitive - pen and paper, spreadsheets or older technology that requires hardware, IT support, licensing, and service agreements. These solutions are either expensive and time consuming to setup, or inefficient and vulnerable to error.

BoxSuite reveals a new intuitive, cloud-based rostering and attendance program developed in partnership with Melbourne digital agency Loud&Clear.

Requiring no software installation, no capital expenditure on hardware, and no long term licensing agreements, BoxSuite is relatively quick to setup providing high levels of flexibility, accessibility and accuracy for any size enterprise.

BoxSuite’s efficiencies and benefits include:

- Rostering process is 4.5 times quicker on average.
- Reduction in tardiness has been reduced by 60% on average.
- Reduction of staff “no-shows” by an average of 70%.
- Reduced time of time fraud of 100% (when using photo punch clock) and as a result labour costs reductions.
- Staff enjoy full transparency over their rosters, attendance and availability.
- Dramatic reductions in the time taken to backfill shifts.

Owner and founder Jeremy Scott says, “There was a noticeable gap between these older solutions and the more manual spreadsheets or paper timesheets that were used as an alternative. Traditional solutions also struggled with communications, as they either existed on a closed network or no network at all. We set out to build a product that would return greater savings through the efficiencies it presents. We have done this, we have made a product that genuinely delivers on what it was intended for.”

Cade Witnish, Managing Director Loud&Clear says, “The challenge when developing BoxSuite was to develop features and functionality that made it easier for an organisation of any size to schedule, resource and track time – while not complicating the user experience in the process. Through the development of drag&drop rostering and an intuitive short code inputs, users can get started quickly while allowing them to unlock new and faster ways of scheduling as they progress.”

70 different settings have been built into the platform, allowing organisations to customise how they use BoxSuite, the result of which is a product that can be individualised to an organisation rather than a one size fits all application.

Ideal for industries such as hospitality, aged care, education, call centres, construction and retail.
