WATERTOWN, Mass. - Aug. 12, 2013 - PRLog -- The Health, Wellness and Personal Growth Group of Boston is pleased to present a free workshop on Spinal Health & Hygiene by Dr. Andrew Mekas of Trevens Specific Chirporactic in Watertown. Join us at 5pm on August 16th at the Watertown Public Library.

Dr. Mekas will be explaining spinal anatomy, the degeneration process (herniated discs, spinal arthritis, degenerative disc disease), and the importance of spinal hygiene as part of a daily routine (like brushing your teeth). He will also be demonstrating a very light exercise routine to help maintain good posture and spinal health.

The talk and demonstration will be followed by Q&A and then meet and greet as time allows. 

Spinal health and maintaining it with proper spinal hygiene is one of the keys to continued vitality and overall health and wellness.
