The Jim Allen Group Coldwell Banker HPW Hires Ted Wellman as a Buyers Agent

RALEIGH, N.C. - July 9, 2013 - PRLog -- The Jim Allen Group, Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston is pleased to announce that Ted Wellman has joined the team as a buyer’s agents. Ted brings a wealth of professional experience in sales, and customer service.

After receiving degrees in chemistry, math and liberal arts, Ted began his career working in the chemical and plastics industry for Bayer Material Science.  He started as a research chemist and quickly advanced to sales and marketing with responsibilities for key global accounts. In this capacity, he managed the sales of polymer systems used in construction and appliance industries.

“Ted has a lengthy track record in customer service and negotiations,” states Jim Allen, President of The Jim Allen Group. “We are all happy to have him join our team.”

“One of the most important things that I have learned in selling globally and selling to diverse cultures is that customer service and expectations are incredibly similar. Ted and his wife Sydney have two adult children and four grandchildren and moved to the Raleigh area for the superb climate, proximity to the ocean and the mountains, art/culture and overall vitality of the region. They reside in the impressive new home community of Hawthorne and utilized the services of The Jim Allen Group to build their dream home. When Ted is not working, he likes to hike, go to the beach and attend art / cultural activities. Wellman is also an avid sports fan, particularly college and professional football.
