Join Trans Environmental at Progress in Motion

Feb. 24, 2013 - PRLog -- Transport Environmental Systems, Inc., will join the North Carolina Railroad Company at their 2013 Progress in Motion Rail Forum in downtown Raleigh, NC. The theme of this year's forum is Partnerships for Growth.

Mark Jensen, President of Transport Environmental Systems, Inc., said, "We have made great strides to prevent inadvertent releases of chemicals and oils during processing and production. The probability of chemical and hazardous material spills increases with the increases in the volume of shipments.” There is an expanding focus on water quality. It is important that shippers and receivers insure that they are not quietly sitting on top of a potential pollution source. Dr. Jensen continued, “The only economical way to prevent ground water contamination is at the source.”
