Cyara Hires Enterprise Software Veteran as General Manager, VP of Operations for the Americas

Dec. 21, 2012 - PRLog -- San Francisco, CA ( December 21, 2012) —Cyara Solutions -- a pioneer of next-generation premise and cloud solutions for testing, monitoring and simulation of interactive voice response (IVRs) and contact center systems and applications -- today announced the hiring of William Aston,  an enterprise software sales leader with extensive background in contact center, IVR, speech and CRM markets.  

Aston is now Cyara’s general manager and vice president, field operations for the Americas; his hiring is the second major executive appointment for the company in the last six months, following the announcement earlier in July of a general manager of sales for Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to joining Cyara, Aston held senior-level sales and management positions at Genesys, Avaya, Remedy, Agile, Voxify and KPMG. Aston and his team will continue to serve and grow Cyara business in the Americas among new and existing customers including financial services companies, telcos, utilities and government agencies.
