By: New Harmony Soap Company As an artisan vendor at the popular Fall festival in Palestine, New Harmony Soap Company will debut a Red Wine Soap and a Honey Wine Soap. The red wine soap is crafted using Reggae Red table wine vinted by Easley Winery of Indianapolis. The honey wine soap uses Camelot Mead Honey Wine vinted by Oliver Winery of Bloomington, Indiana. Each soap is priced at $5.00 per five ounce bar during the festival and will only be available while supplies last. “Wine contains polyphenols that protect the skin from UV light and help keep it elastic, explained New Hamony Soap co-owner Jim Spann. “It also strengthens the cross-linking of collagen, reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. Wine is a wonderful natural ingredient for soap and skin care.” All New Harmony Soaps are made of organic sunflower oil, organic and sustainable palm oil, coconut oil, and Shea Butter. The family-owned and operated business will offer a wide variety of naturally aromatic soaps and skin health products during both days of the Wabash Valley Wine & Art Festival, October 6 and 7.
