Cocoon Group Creates the Visual Identity for the Administrative Complex Florentinum in Prague

March 28, 2012 - PRLog -- Officially presented in January this year, Florentinum, Penta's flagship project on Prague´s real estate market, will have its brand identity developed by Cocoon Group, the award-winning multinational branding and design agency also based in the Czech capital.

Florentinum will bring the highest quality office standard to the center of Prague, and is considered to be the largest complex of its category in the city - 49,000 m2 of  gross rentable office area situated on 9 above ground floors and 7,500 m2 of retail area situated on lower ground and ground floors. Once completed, it will include office and retail elements, including services such as supermarket, drug store, restaurant, cafés and other facilities - and a sufficient amount of parking spaces.  

Cocoon Group was commissioned to develop the "face" of Florentinum brand, beginning with corporate Identity and pre-launch materials. The identity, inspired by the brand story 'Art of Business', as well as the unique architecture of the building, will both draw from the building design and, it is expected, influence it as well.

According to Stas Sipovich, lead designer on the project, "The identity is linked to the building itself, using flow and shapes that will be found inside and outside.  We wanted to create a light, modern feeling which matches the actual feeling you get when you enter the space. The palette of the interior, for instance will come from our work. "
