Feb. 23, 2012 - PRLog -- According to the latest UK unemployment figures published by the Office of National Statistics, the unemployment rate in the North-West of England for 16-64 year olds was 9.4%, compared with the national unemployment rate of 8.4%, for the final quarter of 2011.
