Pat Mahon's Glenwoodie Fundraiser Rescheduled

UPDATE REGARDING “MOVING ON WITH PAT MAHON” FUNDRAISER  FUNDRAISER

Deputy Village Administrator for the Village of South Holland Patricia “Pat” Mahon is currently running for Illinois 15th District State Senator. To honor Pat’s candidacy her campaign team and supporters will be hosting a fundraiser.

The worst of the projected inclement weather is due to hit the Chicago south suburban area during rush hour tomorrow evening and as a result the decision has been made to postpone the fundraiser at Glenwoodie until next Friday, January 27.  If people have already purchased a ticket and cannot make the event next Friday and would like a refund, they need to contact the campaign office at 708-218-9151.  

The fundraiser will be held at the Glenwoodie Country Club, which is located at 19301 State Street in Glenwood, Illinois.  The event to support Pat Mahon will take place Friday, January 27th at 6:30p.m.

The cost per person is $90.00 and guests will receive hot and cold hors d’ oeurves with an open bar serving beer and wine.

Since Pat Mahon announced her candidacy on November 9 she has hit the ground running. Her issues and passion stem around economic development, education and transportation. She is the peoples' candidate of choice and one of the rising stars in the Chicago Southland region. Her urban upbringing in the Robert Taylor Homes of Chicago until the age of seven when she moved to the West Pullman neighborhood and her Chicago Public School roots keep her grounded and focused on the issues that plague our communities --she is a breath of fresh air.
