13 Year old boy creates Zombie Game Android app!

Nov. 29, 2011 - PRLog -- The 13 year old boy, who 2 years ago created swashbuckling adventure Buccaneers and Lobsters, has done it again!

The then 11 year old, who developed the pirate game, watched as 10,000 users signed up within four weeks of launch.

Based on the success of Buccaneers and Lobsters, the young creator, who has always had an interest in Gaming and getting his ideas developed has once again used his imagination two years on to create and design a new Android app adventure, entitled 'Escaping Zombie Island'.

The concept of his new Zombie venture sees players begin their quest shipwrecked on an island, but are they alone?



The young creator described Zombie Island:
“You have been shipwrecked on an island, and awaken on a beach. Your adventure to escape the island begins now.

The goal of the game is to survive the waves of zombies across 6 varying levels, each level is timed so ensure you try not to waste your ammunition.

As the levels progress you maintain your health level from the previous level, however, you do find ammo dumps to replenish your ammo.

Good luck escaping zombie island .........

You can select either Jake or Ryan as your character, and the Zombie events flow as follows;

The story runs over a single night, which sees the sky reflect the time of day.  You awaken on the beach and begin the game at twilight, and move through the night and reach the final levels in daytime. 

The game is split into 6 rounds/levels in which the zombies keep re-spawning, making you try to fight them of, and survive the rounds. 

Your ‘health’, which is displayed on screen, does not regenerate during the game, instead you have to survive on the health you begin the game with (100%), however, your ammunition does replenish at the beginning of each level.  You begin with two weapons, a wooden rifle, and a shotgun.

One provides more power but has fewer round’s, the other has many rounds with little damage.  Physics have been built in to ragdoll the zombies on death.
