Advertising Executive Credits His Inner Child with Success of Ad Campaigns Bestselling Inner Child Workbook Celebrates It’s 20th Anniversary Author Cathryn Taylor Agrees That The Inner Child “Has Come A Long Way, Baby.”

Sept. 12, 2011 - PRLog -- The inner child has come a “long way, baby” when advertising executives like George Greven, owner of Big Time Creative Services, credits his inner child with his success.

“I think you tap into your inner child, actually, and find a way to look at things in a refreshing way and in a way no one has considered before,” Greven told Barry Adams reporter for the Wisconsin State Journal.

According to Cathryn Taylor, author of the bestselling Inner Child Workbook, people were just beginning to talk about the inner child twenty years ago when the workbook was first published. Now, twenty years later it has become part of our mainstream.

“Greven is right,” Taylor said in an interview this morning. “The inner child is the source of our joy and excitement, but it is also the part within you who may have learned early in life it was not safe to feel or trust.

“Research gathered in the last twenty years,” Taylor continued “indicates our core beliefs originate in childhood. It stands to reason  if a person's life is not working it is the result of outdated core beliefs and that inner child work is the most obvious place to begin.” She went onto say that writing The Inner Child Workbook was a launching pad for her further creativity. She continued to evolve this concept in four more self-published books and five e-books – all offering solutions and techniques on championing the child within all of us. Her most recent contribution to this field is the creation of “interactive tapping”, an advanced technique of the new energy therapy based on Gary Craig's Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT.

To celebrate this 20 Year Anniversary, Cathryn is offering a 20-Week package in which she is bringing The Inner Child Workbook into the 21st Century.  “Each week I will take a chapter in the original Workbook and integrate it with my latest written material, my audio and video recordings and offer EFT Sequences which enhance the original exercises.   It is truly the next generation of The Inner Child Workbook.”

In the 1980’s George Greven was part of an advertising team that created the Noid for Domino’s Pizza and the medieval warriors for Capital One’s “What’s in Your Wallet?”
Now he runs his company Big Time Creative Services where he helps small business establish their branding.
