TopLine Strategies Promotes Greenbauer and Robertson to New Recruiting Duties

April 12, 2011 - PRLog -- Scottsdale, AZ - TopLine Strategies, a national provider of integration and development lifecycle data services, today announced the promotion of Colin Greenbauer and Shela Robertson to Technical Recruiter positions within the firm’s staffing and human capital consulting practice.  Both Greenbauer and Robertson joined the TopLine Strategies team as inside market researchers before their promotion to the recruitment ranks.

In these new positions, Robertson and Greenbauer will be responsible for reviewing client requirements for a wide variety of technology experts, and then identifying market talent to help fill those needs.  “Sourcing talent for the rapidly growing firms in the southwest area technology market is a demanding role,” said Saundra Stewart, TopLine Strategies VP of Sales. Stewart went on to say, “Shela and Colin have been great contributors to our success as a company, I am excited to see them step into these challenging new roles.”

Prior to joining to joining the TopLine team, Greenbauer worked for Sun Devil Productions as a proposal writer.  He is a graduate of Arizona State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies with concentrations in Communication and Mass Communication.  Robertson worked previously for Lancôme, where she gained skills in sales and event coordination as well as technology applications. She graduated with honors from Ken Blanchard College of Business at Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration in 2009, where she was a star performer with their soccer program.
