Merculief was eventually apprehended in Albuquerque, NM. Merculief was initially hopeful for a job where he was overheard indicating to a bunch of individuals that he has become a fugitive who was on the run from the law and had not
registered as a sex offender. A alarmed resident overheard Merculief and instantly phoned
