Announcing the Launch of Madison's Gluten Free Cookies

Dec. 2, 2010 - PRLog -- Farmingdale, NY - Madison's Gluten Free Cookies was established by its Founder and CEO Mark Schenker in order to establish the best presence for a new line of Gluten Free and Sugar Free cookies. The new line of cookies was created mindfully of children and adults who have Celiac Disease and/or Diabetes. Madison's Gluten Free Cookies has five varieties including: Chocolate Chip Blast, Black & White Marble, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, Cinnamon Swirl and Peanut Butter Crunch. There are plans to create 5 additional flavors in 2011.  The cookies are Gluten Free, Sugar Free, Vegan, Lactose Free, Cholesterol Free, Low Carb, and High in Fiber.  All of Madison's Gluten Free Cookies are Kosher and have a shelf life of 12 months.    

Retailers on Long Island and New York City are seeking Madison’s Gluten Free Cookies because the cookies are chewy and delicious. Most cookies that are in this market are bland and dry, and a vast majority of retailers don't have a quality cookie that is both Gluten and Sugar Free.  One of the major reasons for repeat business, Mark Schenker quoted, is that you can't taste that the cookie is Gluten Free or Sugar Free.  Chefs on Long Island and in New York City tested the cookies and said, "WOW, these are really good!"  Mark comments that Long Island doctors were impressed with not only the great taste, but also the healthy ingredients that are contained in the cookie.

The line will continue to expand throughout the US through distributors as well as its online website at www.madisonsglutenfreecookies.com.  The website will be donating a portion of its proceeds to the Celiac Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation to help fight for a cure.
