RJF Broadens Capabilities to Help Employers Navigate Health Care Reform

Local in-house compliance professional will advise RJF clients on broad range of employee benefits regulations.
 
Oct. 18, 2010 - PRLog -- RJF Agencies recently added a position to its employee benefits department that will greatly enhance its ability to keep clients up to date on the impact of health care reform and other benefits-related legislation. The Twin Cities-based provider of employee benefits and risk management solutions hired Bob Radecki as its senior advisor of regulatory affairs.

“Since before health care reform legislation was passed, RJF was working with Bob to educate our clients on various benefits compliance issues, such as HIPAA or ERISA,” RJF CEO Bill Jeatran said. “He’s one of only a very few individuals in this market able to consistently sift through the legal jargon and provide clear and accurate guidance to employers on what benefits-related regulations mean to them and what they must do to maintain compliance.”

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Radecki solidified his reputation as a trusted compliance advisor while serving as president of A.E. Robert Company, a firm he founded. Prior to selling the company several years ago, Radecki provided group consulting to more than 26,000 seminar attendees throughout the United States.

Since health reform legislation was passed in May, Radecki has spent a majority of his time helping employers understand its impact on their benefit plans. He has already presented in numerous seminars and Webinars attended by over 3,000 employers nationally on topics involving the complexities of health care reform.
