Paul Jablonski Named Director with Universal Companies

April 29, 2010 - PRLog -- Paul Jablonski was recently promoted to Director of Universal Companies’ Call Center and Customer Service. Paul joined leading spa supplies distributor Universal Companies in June 2009, when he was appointed Sr. Call Center/Customer Service Manager. He has 16 years of call center and customer service management experience.

Prior to joining Universal Companies, Paul held the position of Guest Relations Director for Canyon Ranch SpaClub, the world’s largest resort day spa, located in The Venetian & Palazzo Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was also employed by Canyon Ranch as Spa Director for Cunard Cruise Line on the Queen Mary 2.

Paul is responsible for Universal Companies’ Call Center, especially as it relates to day spa and individual practitioner markets, and will focus on enhancing the level of customer satisfaction provided by the company’s Customer Service Department.
