The tour will showcase Veridian’s furnished and move-in ready model homes located in these picturesque neighborhoods. During the tour, find out how each Veridian home is a high-performing Energy Star and Green Built certified home. In addition, learn how homebuyers still have a limited time to take advantage of the federal tax credit. First-time buyers may be eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $8,000, and current homeowners may be eligible for a federal tax credit of up to $6,500 if they have lived in their current residence for five or more consecutive years.
