May 12, 2011 - Veridian Homes is pleased to sponsor a free new home planning event on Thursday, May 12 at their Design Studio and corporate office at 6801 South Towne Drive from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm. Topics covered by a panel of experts will include understanding the home building and buying process, design trends, selecting floor plans, fixtures and finishings for a new home, financing, and the benefits of a high-performing green home. Professionals from Baker Tilly, The Bruce Company, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Veridian Homes – including a New Home Specialist, Architect, Personal Builder and Design Studio Consultant – will be presenting and will be on hand to answer questions. Attendees will also learn how each Veridian home incorporates energy-efficient and earth-friendly standards, while saving homeowners approximately $1,400 annually on utility bills.
