Mr. Brown has a successful background in Education and Health Care Services, with experience as an educator and administrator. He also served for 3 years, as General Manager of United Holdings Group, a Fort Lauderdale based telecommunications company. Mr. Brown holds a B.A in education from the University of Houston,TX.
