The app also includes a bunch of sleep/wake promoting features. If you already set an alarm at night, why not get something out of it?
This app is based on the science of sleep, unlike many other self proclaimed smart phone alarms. It was the winner of the $10,000 Schoofs prize for Innovation and creativity, featured on CBS early show, and it has been studied in a (in press) scientific journal.
