Best NY Style Pizza in Charllotte Period!
I am from NY and I know my pizza. Once I tried Tonys Pizza in Ballantyne 4 years ago, I found my home away from home. The pizza has tasted and satisfied me the same way since I 1st went there in 2006. I bring all of my business clients and fellow NY people I know there and they say it is the best taste, quality and bargain for the money it Charlotte!

hand stretched! Talked to the Mananger Johnny (nice guy) and he explained the family owned and operated history. All sauces made from scratch and the garlic knots are to die for! I am really happy and they were willing to accomodate all requests (just need advance warning!) Good people- family setting.

Absolutely the best pizza. My wife and I order it once a week and have a pizza seizure and subsequent cheese coma every time we eat it. If you don't love it, then you must have the tast buds of a slug.

Working within walking distance to Tony's, I get the opportunity to enjoy their pizza about once a week. For NY Style pizza, Tony's has quickly become one of my favs. The service is always incredible, the pizza is always served within minutes, and the price isn't bad either. If you are in the Ballantyne area, you can't pass up trying Tony's.

I go sometimes about 9:15 pm to get my late pizza fix. It's just always awsome!!!!

February 14, 2010 - Likes it - Now I'm not going to say Tony's is the best pizza in town, as I have not tried ALL the pizzarias in Charlotte. But I have tried all the other 'best' pizzas and I must say, coming from NY, this is by far the best pizza I've had, here in Charlotte.

May 22, 2009 - Likes it - Best pizza in Charlotte. Amazing New York style crust with fresh toppings. Insanely large pizzas. A small will feed 2 adults and you'll probably have a couple slices leftover.
