Franktown Rocks Unveils Virtual Cars

Oct. 8, 2009 - PRLog -- Popular tween virtual world “Franktown Rocks” (franktownrocks.com) will launch their latest casual game innovation on Oct. 16th with the release of hand-illustrated virtual automobiles within the online city of Franktown.

“The kids spoke…and we listened!” says Rob Solberg, Franktown founder and President. “Our unique riding items like skateboards, Jetties Shoes and Rockin' Rollerballz balls have been a big hit. But based on our player's reactions to the recent announcement, cars are going to be the biggest hit yet!”

The flagship auto design, called the FTR Coupe, is a sporty convertible available to members in custom colors and a couple different trim packages.

The auto launch is part of a month-long celebration of “Rocktober” within the music-based virtual world. This month's launches also include a musical 2-player tic-tac-toe game, magic carpets for flying around town, and a Halloween festival complete with costumes and Halloween music which kicks off Oct. 23rd.
