New Season Church Opened Its Doors on February 17th, 2008

Nov. 27, 2008 - PRLog -- New Season Church opened on February 17th, 2008 with the efforts of Pastor Steven Flockhart and 40 other people. Steven Flockhart along with this core group worked hard transforming an old warehouse into the present New Season Church. A lot was done to change the green metal house into a bright new church. A lot of improvements were made by totally redoing the interior as well renovating the exteriors, bringing in new furniture, landscaping, and the painting the building to give it a fresh and inviting look.

New Season Church had around 400 people present when it opened and has made tremendous progress since then. In just 8 months, there are already around 500 people attending New Season Church regularly. Lots of events have been happening in the church since the day it opened. Russ Lee, a contemporary Christian artist performed a special concert, Independence Day was celebrated with fireworks, middle and senior high school students attended youth  camp in Destin, Florida, and a special four day event for children called "Summer Slam" was the hit of the summer for elementary school aged kids.

Steven Flockhart is the lead pastor of New Season Church and his sermons are not only applicable to everyday life but are delivered enthusiastically and are powerful. And to make messages more powerful, video and drama are used frequently. New Season Church has something for everyone - Bible Fellowship Groups are available for all ages, and help people make close friendships while studying what God has to say about life, friendships and family. Children and teenagers can also be part of "XStatic" and "Radiate" for their age groups.

Steven Flockhart has delivered lots of meaningful sermons on various topics like 'The Storm of Doubt', 'The Storm of Pressure', 'The Storm of Depression', 'The Storm of Failure' and many more. These sermons have changed the lives of many as Steven speaks from personal experiences. Steven knows personally the pain and suffering one goes through when one experiences failure, depression, and doubts.

Robert Aiken was totally depressed before he discovered New Season Church, he said, "I was shattered and depressed because of things going on in my personal life.
