When a knee injury ended Priscilla Houliston’s 16,000 mile bicycle journey in September 2007, she used her down time to keep motivating the millions of people who were following her amazing journey online, write a book about her life on the road for six and a half months living on a bicycle and come up with a creative way to take the rest of her weight off.
Since everyone knows that we all gain weight while on vacation, Priscilla is going to begin filming a new series for television, Little Changes - Healthy Vacations, in which she will break all the rules we all thought had to follow us when we try to get away from it all.
Starting at Deerfield Spa in the Pocono Mountains of East Stroudsburg, Priscilla will spend a week in her native Pennsylvania to kick off the series and get the scale moving down. Then with her tape measure packed the filming will continue at various fat camps, boot camps, fitness spas and even one-on-one training at exotic locations all around the globe including France, Portugal and Italy.
With 100 pounds still to lose and sixteen spectacular locations lined up, Priscilla will co-produce and star in the sixteen one-hour episodes that will all feature the behind-the-scenes look at just what makes the destinations special and viewers will see her melt before their very eyes.
