Dynasty Limousine is proud to report second quarter earnings were the highest in the Company's history. Total revenues were up over 45% from the year ago period, and represent the best quarter on record. June's results were also up +24% from last year.
This latest report brings the year to date revenue increases to +33% over last year, and the Company is pacing for a 35% increase over our best performing year ever. Pierce Fleming, Vice President of Operations, states "Once again Dynasty has bucked the market downtrend with fantastic results. We are consistantly taking market share and are perfectly poised for our public offering."
Dynasty Limousine is currently in final negotiations with a nationally recognized investment firm to take the company "public". If successful, the Company will be the first Limousine Service to be listed on a national securities exchange. "We should have the deal completed in less than thirty days. I am very excited about the prospect of going public and the timing couldn't be better," states Mr. Fleming, "The name of the investment firm and other pertinant details will be announced upon completion of the contract via PR. The Company has stated that they can get us on the market in less than twelve months."
