In the midst of a challenging climate, Dynasty Limousine has posted revenue increases for 5 consecutive months this year. These results bring the company's performance in at an 8% gain over it's best 6 month period in 11 years. These results eclipse the 2008 results which were up 34% over 2007 revenues.
Dynasty has opened a second location in Orange Park, Florida which is now generating revenues. The marketing strategy is in place for the location with qualified telephone and internet leads coming in daily. The company has a new website for the location at www.DynastyOrangePark.com, and has also redesigned the Jacksonville office's website at www.DynastyJax.com. With the addition of this second location and the associated revenues, Dynasty is well positioned for another record year.
Dynasty Limousine is in the process of having it's securities registered for trading on the OTC Market Pink Sheets. The company expects the initial quotation to be on or about November 23rd, 2009 and has already posted current financial information on Dun and Bradstreet for public viewing. The company is also interviewing several transfer agents as part of this process and will announce the hired agent information once secured. Dynasty Limousine has retained the services of Tiber Creek Corporation to assist with the public registration.
Total shares issued and outstanding at the time of this release is 4,485,175. The number of shareholders on record is 54.
