Dynasty Officers
Dynasty Limousine of Jacksonville, Florida has reached a major milestone today. The Company began the process to "go public" over three years ago, and now has reached official eligibility by retaining over 50 shareholders for a period of one year. According to Hoovers and Dun and Bradstreet, Dynasty Limousine will be the United States' first publicly held Limousine Company. The public listing also comes as the Company is experiencing it's best year since inception in 1998.
Over the next few days, the Company's Securities Attorneys will be filing opinion letters and other documents with the Securities and Exchange Commission as well as the Pink Sheets quotation service. Dynasty has provided updated financials, and all State filings are in order and current. Upon review of the Company's financial information, a market maker will provide the opening price and trading will commence. A stock symbol will be assigned shortly before trading begins and other events will be announced over the coming days. Dynasty has retained StockTrans Inc. as it's stock transfer agent and registrar, and Tiber Creek Corporation is assisting with the public registration process.
Dynasty Limousine was named a finalist for the 2009 Limousine Operator of the Year award by LCT magazine, and has been officially nominated for the 2010 award. The Company maintains an A+ accredited rating with the Better Business Bureau, and is widely known for the quality of Limousines and Service that it provides. The company has opened a second location this year, and expects additional expansion in the future.
Total shares issued and outstanding at the time of this release is 4,636,425. The number of shareholders on record is 57.
