Spann to the company’s advisory board.

Prior to Teleflex, Spann was Vice President, Operations & Engineering Xantrex Technologies, Inc. where he led the operational integration of five acquisition and improved ROS 21%. Before joining Xantrex, Spann held several executive level positions for Square D Company, including President Square D Mexico, VP Operations Square D Canada, GM Busway and Wire Management Division, as well as several plant manager and engineering leadership positions.
