Pocatello, Idaho – Verdure Technologies, Inc., an Idaho based biotech green technologies company, recently announced its joint venture with Solar Systems International, Inc. and the appointment of Jim T. Spann to the company’s advisory board. Mr. Spann, a partner in Solar Systems International, manufacturers of solar delivery systems, and Doug Brown will co-direct the joint venture between the two companies to supply solar power delivery systems for the recently introduced VerdureGreen™

Jim Spann is also President of Solar Systems International, Inc. Previously, Spann held the positions as Vice President Of GridPoint Inc., VP General Manager Teleflex Energy, a division of Teleflex Inc. Prior to Teleflex, Spann was Vice President, Operations & Engineering Xantrex Technologies, Inc. where he led the operational integration of five acquisition and improved ROS 21%. Before joining Xantrex, Spann held several executive level positions for Square D Company, including President Square D Mexico, VP Operations Square D Canada, GM Busway and Wire Management Division, as well as several plant manager and engineering leadership positions. Spann spent 10 years serving the US Defense Department.
