FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release)Feb 21, 2008POCATELLO, IDAHO - Verdure Technologies, Inc. ("Verdure") management announced the release of its Micro-Gas Attendant™ to the dairy industry at the 2008 World Ag Expo. The 2008 World Ag Expo (WAE), was held in Tulare, California, from 12th -14th of February 2008. The Expo is the largest farm show in the world with 1700 exhibitors from 60 countries displaying the latest in agricultural equipment, technology, products and services on over 2.6 million square feet of exhibit space.

Mark Terry, President of Verdure Technologies, stated, "Verdure could not have asked for a better opportunity to announce our product. The Micro-Gas Attendant™ represents a science-based solution to the dairy industry need to manage its waste lagoons. Dairy farmers across the country are in great need of a waste management system that does not demand an overly expensive price, temperamental operation or the extreme maintenance costs of anaerobic (methane) digesters to reduce greenhouse gases from their lagoons and waste streams.” Mr. Terry said, “Management has had the opportunity to meet with key California industry leaders who research, develop and foster new technologies to assist the California dairy industry, such as Kevin Abernathy, the executive director of the California Dairy Campaign and Joe Mullinax, plant pathologist, of Denele Agri-Link. Management also looks forward to working closely with Travis Kator of EAC Engineering in Idaho and Norman Mullin of Enviro-Ag Engineering in Texas to place key demonstration units in their region of influence.” Mr. Terry stated, “This is my first experience with the World Ag Expo, and we at Verdure are extremely grateful to BECO and Prime Metal Buildings for their hospitality and for lending their many years of experience to us in the dairy market. Their assistance has been instrumental in accelerating our dairy industry learning curve.”

Doug Brown, Chief Executive Officer of Verdure, commented, "The dairy industry is experiencing governmental regulations prohibiting growth at its most profitable time. Environmental concerns based on facts which detail the dairy industry’s responsibility for generating up to 12% of the world’s greenhouse gases have driven increased air and water quality regulations. Methane digesters are very expensive, temperamental to operate and maintenance demanding. For these reasons and more, Verdure has chosen to enter the dairy industry with its Micro-Gas Attendant™. All of us at Verdure Technologies are excited to share our green solutions with the dairy industry and to improve our environment. This expo has given us the opportunity to meet with several dairymen throughout the country. Verdure is in the process of selecting two or three key industry leaders to place our Micro-Gas Attendant™ as a showcase of our technologies and to chronicle our environmental achievements. This decision is an extremely important one to Verdure; consequently, meeting so many industry leaders has been invaluable. We look forward to announcing our selected client sites very soon."
