Assessment Tomorrow announces the 1st e-Assessment Education Conference Seminar on “Measuring Performance of the Learner and that Delivery of the Learning” for the first time in Eastern India on 15th -16th April 2008 at WBUT, West Bengal
 
April 9, 2008 - PRLog -- Assessment Tomorrow, UK, is delighted to announce the 1st  International e-Assessment Education Conference Seminar on ”Measuring Performance of the Learner and that Delivery of the Learning" for the first time in Eastern India on 15th -16th April 2008 at West Bengal University of Technology, WB.  The conference will examine wider issues concerning the selection and implementation of e-assessment in a graduate engineering environment and the impact it can have on education and development. There will be focus on the background of e-assessment and how it can be used successfully at the college entry levels, the benefits of using e-assessment, costs and risks.

According to Mr Jeff Ross, Director, Assessment Tomorrow: “WBUT is a progressive education body and this conference will create awareness about the use of technology to measure competencies of students and in teacher training programmes among the constituent colleges under the university”.  Similarly, Mr Dhirendra, CEO, Eduquity, who is among the speakers for the conference says that “education-industry interface is where the skills and knowledge gap lies and developing students for employability is truly a challenge which needs to be addresses readily”.
