KDP’s Wine, Women, Wow! 2008 Scheduled for Friday, May 23

PRLog (Press Release) – Mar 13, 2008 – Kent, Washington – Event co-chairs Sommer Ueda of Kent Station and Dana Blozis of Virtually Yourz announced today that Wine, Women, Wow! 2008 has been scheduled for Friday, May 23 at Green River Community College (GRCC) at Kent Station.

Sponsored by Kent Downtown Partnership (KDP), GRCC and Valley Medical Center, this will be the third year for the popular nonprofit event. The purpose of Wine, Women, Wow is for area women to get together to visit, network, shop, sample wine and food from local restaurants, and pamper themselves. Proceeds from the event benefit the YWCA’s Domestic Violence Program and help support other KDP events including Winterfest.

“Each year Wine, Women, Wow has grown beyond our expectations,” Ueda said. “We’re hoping for another wildly successful year as we work together to support women in our community.”
