Author Cindy Horyza of Vernon, B. C. is excited to announce the launch of her latest book Self Care 101, a how to guide for anyone who has ever lost themselves in a relationship or dysfunctional family or who has suffered from co-dependency or addiction. Filled with practical advice on how to get your own needs met during times of stress, Horyza’s book also features her new song, “My Dog’s a Turn Coat,” written and performed by Horyza and recorded and produced by Pianojam Studio.

Self Care 101 is a follow-up to Horyza’s popular first book, The Hornet’s Nest:  Coming Full Circle, released last year. Written under the pen name C. L.
