New range of cookery holidays launched for Le Manoir de L’Aufragere, Normandy

This brand new programme of three-night courses, designed specifically to offer inspiration for outdoor entertaining, will run for the first time ever from June of this year.  Visitors to the 18th century manor house will:

- Learn lots of summer garden party ‘buffet-style’ ideas;

L’Aufragere is ideal for English-speaking visitors – hostess Nicky is English and her husband, Regis, is a fluent English-speaking Frenchman.  Nicky, who is completely consumed by gastronomy and simply loves anything and everything to do with food, spoils guests with her foodie knowledge and expertise in a very relaxed atmosphere, making cooking a real, unpretentious, joy.  Their lovingly-restored 18th century home, set in eight acres of lush French countryside, will really help get budding hosts and hostesses in the mood for summer!
