Dale Bignell Joins ProSidian As Senior Director | Environmental, Energy, & Safety Operations

CHARLOTTE, N.C. - Aug. 4, 2019 - PRLog -- Consulting Firm ProSidian announces that Dale Bignell has joined the firm as Senior Director | Environmental, Energy, & Safety Operations. Mr. Bignell's hiring comes as ProSidian implements a strategy for growth in environmental regulatory support, nuclear and hazardous waste remediation and disposal, permitting and licensing, and energy-generating projects for government and commercial clients.

This position will have responsibility for creating and leading Environmental, Energy, & Safety Operations Service Solutions, marketing, business development, sales success; leading customer engagements; leading thought leadership while supporting Private Companies, Fortune 1,000 Enterprises, and Government Agencies on key issues.

Mr. Bignell has over 30 years executive management experience in environmental, safety and nuclear operations, and engineering at various Department of Energy sites across the country including Savannah River Site (Aiken, SC), Hanford Site (Richland, WA), Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (Carlsbad, NM), Separations Process Research Unit (Niskayuna, NY), and Oak Ridge National Lab (Oak Ridge, TN). Mr. Bignell successfully increased the environmental and waste management business while serving as principal for environmental programs for URS (now AECOM). For the last six years, Mr. Bignell has been serving as Executive Management Advisor in support of the Department of Energy (DOE) and major DOE Contractor Senior Management.

Mr. Bignell received a bachelor's degree in physics from the University of Georgia, a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of South Carolina and an MBA from Augusta University.
