Athlete and Coach from Fort Osage High School Win National Award

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - July 15, 2019 - PRLog -- Von Young IV and Quincy Tillmon of Fort Osage High School were announced as the winners of the highly coveted Player of the Year and Coach of the Year awards on July 17, in the Annual Ceremony of the MOHC (Mind Over Head Chatter) Psychology of Athletic Success competition.

The prestigious awards, recognizing Von Young IV and Quincy Tillmon for their success and dedication to the mental and physical aspects of athletics, were announced by Former NFL All-Pro, Art Still and National Fitness Hall of Fame Inductee, Greg Justice, co-creators of the Mind Over Head Chatter program.

Mind Over Head Chatter: The Psychology of Athletic Success was launched in Jan. 2018, and teaches athletes how to:
