Ayesbury Day Nursery Celebrates Ofsted Report

AYLESBURY, U.K. - Oct. 17, 2017 - PRLog -- A Buckinghamshire nursery is celebrating after achieving a good rating in an all four areas inspected by Ofsted. The inspection, which was carried out on 19 September 2017, was published on 6 October and rated them good in the four categories which were;

Effectiveness of leadership and management.
Quality of leadership and management.
Personal development, behaviour and welfare.
Outcomes for children.

The inspection team commented that, "The management team ensures that the staffing levels are always maintained and meet the requirements. Staff offer effective support to the children and ensure that they are well deployed to meet children's individual needs".

The report went on, "Staff encourage children to be independent, share and behave well. Children are happy and engaged at the nursery. Staff provide a welcoming environment with a broad range of activities that interests and supports children's learning."

Owner Richa Darji commenting on the news, said "We would like to say a huge thank you to all our staff for their hard work and dedication, in achieving this result. We look forward to building on what we believe to be a solid and progressive framework of processes, that will ensure children at the nursery receive an amazing learning experience together with the best possible care."

Richa added, "We would also like to say a massive thank you to all our parents who have supported us throughout. Without your continued loyalty, we would not have been able to show Ofsted what a nurturing environment our nursery setting is and the continual progression and learning experiences that our children enjoy."
