Behavioral Health Expert, Nancy Aldred, MS, RN, Joins HFS Consultants

OAKLAND, Calif. - March 8, 2016 - PRLog -- HFS Consultants (HFS), a healthcare consulting firm providing management, financial, operational, regulatory, and strategic planning services to hospitals and healthcare organizations announces that Nancy Aldred MS, RN has joined the firm as a manager in the Clinical Operations practice. She will work in the behavioral health consultation area and will be based at the company’s Oakland, Calif. headquarters.

Aldred has over 30 years of psychiatric/behavioral health experience. Since 1999, she has focused her work in the behavioral health leadership area; focusing on safety, regulatory compliance, program development, and outcomes in acute psychiatric settings. She has also worked with outpatient chemical recovery programs to improve programming, regulatory compliance and outcomes. Prior to joining HFS, Aldred was director of performance improvement at Aurora Santa Rosa Hospital.

Aldred has a master’s of science degree in psychiatric nursing from Boston University, and a bachelor’s of science degree in nursing from Walla Walla University.
