Carrie will be cross training in Colorado, while Steven will be deployed to the Chicago office.

Carrie was selected as a result of her success in developing a new campaign that helped her client reach full market saturation. Joey credited Carrie’s work ethic as the basis for her promotion. “Carrie was promoted due to her continual ability to set the pace. She has proven that is she is capable of overcoming any challenges thrown her way,” Joey said, adding that Carrie’s strengths include her ability to adapt to any program, work well with others, and build relationships.

Steven was also selected due to his tremendous capabilities. “Steven puts forth consistent effort in any program we place him in,” noted Joey. “He is easily able to explain our process and train others and is an adept problem solver who maintains a positive attitude throughout challenges.” Joey also cited that team members like Steven who demonstrate an ability to form their own teams are often assigned to travel to other locations and offices.
