Baceline Investments Acquires Englewood, Colo. Real Estate Property for Debt Free Fund IV

DENVER - Oct. 1, 2014 - PRLog -- Baceline Investments, LLC, a Denver-based boutique private equity real estate investment and management company with retail holdings throughout the central United States, announced today it has acquired a 54,725-square-foot property in Englewood, Colo., currently leased to Eddie Merlot’s Prime Aged Beef and Seafood Restaurant.  The property, purchased for $1.04 million, becomes the third in Baceline’s Debt Free Income Fund IV.

Located in the Denver Tech Center at 10110 East Dry Creek Road, the property is near the Shops at Vallagio and the Inverness Hotel and Conference Center.  Currently under construction by the tenant, it will be the first Eddie Merlot’s Colorado location when it opens in early 2015.  Eddie Merlot’s, a restaurant concept based on years of fine dining steakhouse industry research conducted by founder Bill Humphries, operates 10 restaurants throughout Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Michigan and Ohio.  The company has signed a 15-year lease for this property.
