Rat Pack Legends Artist Drives His Chevy to the Levee to Entertain at the Isle Casino Cape Girardeau

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. - Sept. 16, 2014 - PRLog -- Cape Girardeau, MO – Michael Carluccio brought his 90-minute Rat Pack Legends show to Cape Girardeau’s Isle Casino featuring Sammy Davis’ iconic song, What Kind of Fool Am I; Dean Martin’s That’s Amore; and Sinatra’s My Way.

Media critics and devoted fans describe Carluccio with the exaggerated phrase, “The Man with a Thousands Voices.”  Admittedly, he came close during his Missouri show with a short list of imitations: Cagney, Jimmy Stewart, the Duke, and George Burns.  The audience’s favorite line was George Burns’ confession about his longevity, stating that, “When I was young, the Dead Sea was just getting sick.”

The Isle Casino, Cape Girardeau invited 400 guests September 12 to dinner and entertainment as a reward for their patronage.  Carluccio picked right up on this fact with the lyrics of his opening number, Dean Martin’s Ain’t That a Kick in the Head, “How lucky can one man be?”

Throughout his Rat Pack Legends show, Carluccio quipped with members of the audience taking them further back on their nostalgic journey to younger days with the music. The highest point in the show for the audience came when Sinatra’s New York, New York intro began and an entire chorus line of ladies charged the stage for their 15 minutes of fame. Kicking in formation like the Radio City Music Hall’s Rockettes, the giddy dancers received a standing ovation of appreciation.

The Isle Casino, Cape Girardeau was the last stop on Carluccio’s Missouri Rat Pack Legends tour. In the previous week, he entertained 450 guests of the Isle of Capri in Boonville. Carluccio has appeared in front of Hollywood’s elite at the Golden Apple Awards, the Las Vegas MGM Grand, the Skyview Terrace and Tropicana stages, the St. Louis Fox Theater, New York’s Central Park Amphitheater and the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, the Andiamo’s Night Club, the Whitney and Greektown Casino in Michigan.

Isle Casino Cape Girardeau Marketing Coordinator, Kyle Lee, reportedly was very please after the positive comments from many of the guests.  “I’m happy I could find Michael’s web site and get a sample of his performance,” said Lee.
