During this program, Oxygen and Iron’s guests will learn the best methods for detoxifying. With three levels, beginners, intermediate, and advanced, the Back to School 21 Day Detox Challenge will offer easy-to-follow steps for detoxers. In addition to receiving the step-by-step detox plan, guests will also be provided with foolproof meal plans, recipes, and grocery lists. Guests will also be encouraged to follow a long-term plan by utilizing resources such as Oxygen and Iron’s online support group, tips, and accountability messages.
The detox program is an excellent choice for those who feel sluggish, suffer from carb cravings, have difficulty concentration, and have a few extra pounds. Losing the extra weight is essential to optimal metabolism, and healthy metabolism is key for reducing or eliminating symptoms such as lethargy, sugar cravings, and cloudy thinking. In addition, the Back to School 21 Day Detox Challenge aims to help clients reduce other unwanted symptoms, such as bloating, joint problems, headaches, fluid retention, stubborn body fat, and more.
