   BRANSON, MO –Capital Resorts Group recently celebrated the grand opening of their newest recreational amenities at The Lodges at Table Rock Lake. Owners, guests and company team members gathered at the clubhouse for a barbeque, swimming, guided tour of the expansion project by the CEO and Vice President and a ribbon cutting ceremony.

In addition to the large outdoor pool with double slides, hot tub and kiddie pool, the pool deck area was extended to include the newly landscaped, sizable lawn and sunning area. They added a raised stone fire pit with lounge chairs at the far end, encompassed by an ornamental fence with hand-built stone columns and lighting.

A themed playground with a slide, monkey bars, climbing plank, horseshoes and shuffleboard was also built just for kids. The sports court and game lawn are in the construction phase, as are several other additions around the resort.

Last year, a raised herb and vegetable garden was planted exclusively for owners and guests vacationing at The Lodges at Table Rock Lake. After receiving such positive feedback, Capital Resorts decided to bring back the initiative again in 2014.

“Guests love being able to pick their own fresh produce to prepare meals in their fully-equipped kitchens,” said Kris Dillon, Resort Manager of The Lodge at Table Rock Lake.

This spring, they planted several different types of tomatoes, okra, cucumbers, green, red and yellow peppers, jalapeños, chili peppers, banana peppers and green beans. For herbs, they chose a variety including:  rosemary, sage, thyme, cilantro, mint, chives, parsley and basil.
