Follow on Google News | Romance Novelist Turns Mysterious Missing Malaysia Flight 370 Into Story of LoveRomance novelist Rick Bennette of Tequesta, Florida has created a story of love based upon the missing Malaysian Flight 370 airliner. The fictional story is based on aviation facts, and quite possibly could turn out to be the real story.
By: Beeline Publishing "At first, like everyone else, I was trying to use whatever information came across the news to figure out how such a large plane could be missing with the technology we have today for tracking and locating almost everyone and everything," About a week after Flight 370 went missing without a trace, Rick set his imagination to work. He created a the story of a man who, having lost the love of his life, would rise from the disaster to find what most of us are looking for. Mr. Bennette created a story of love and romance, of sacrifice and survival that revolves around a fictional account of the actual event. Every effort has been made to keep the facts as accurate as possible. The story presents a plausible explanation of what might have really happened to the missing airliner and its passengers. "I wanted this to not only be a story of a disaster, but one of reverence to the missing people who may have lost their lives," says Rick. "I want to honor these people in prayer to whatever God any of us believe exists without getting connected to any one religion." Just Plane Gone is published by Beeline Publishing. It is Rick's fifteenth published book on Amazon. Having moderate success with this modern day publishing paradigm, Mr. Bennette is using a new marketing technique for his latest book. "Rather than simply publishing the entire book at once, I am publishing the 300 page novel in six parts, all spaced one week apart," says Rick. "Each part is priced at 99 cents, which is the minimum amount that Amazon allows for ongoing publication. This allows readers to begin reading for nearly nothing, and brings with it an element of anticipation for the parts that follow. It also allows the start of the book to be available as the remainder undergoes the editing process." Waiting to complete the editing process and publish the entire book at once would have taken an additional month, according to Rick. This way, parts of the story can be read as they are finished. It's an interesting concept, and one that Rick is using for the first time with his books. The storyline is believable, both from a technical standpoint and from a personal one. Rick's account may be fiction, but it's fiction that has at least some possibility of someday becoming the real account of what may have happened to Flight 370.
