Jason Plenderleith is the Realtor of Choice

May 13, 2014 - PRLog -- Jason Plenderleith has been a real estate agent for the past ten years.  He loves showing properties to clients and enjoys working with people.  He became involved in the real estate industry through his father who was also a successful real estate agent in the local community.  Since Jason was younger, he always wanted to be a real estate agent.  Growing up, his father would teach him all about all of the different industry terms.  By his first few years in the industry, he became an expert on real estate.
When not working, Jason Plenderleith enjoys spending time volunteering at various charities.  He is happy to help others out any way he can.  He loves to also attend seminars on motivation and sales techniques.  He is constantly improving himself to be a better person every day.  Jason Plenderleith feels that without having the support of his family, he would not be able to succeed in life.  He encourages everyone to give back to their local community as every positive action makes a big difference.
The best part of real estate for him is seeing his clients’ excitement at the end of the transaction as they achieve their goal of being able to see and/or buy a new home.  He feels that the key to doing well as a real estate agent is to always listen to your client’s concerns as well as stay informed on the market.  He is unique from other realtors because he has a wider scope of knowledge having grown up with a parent in the real estate business.  In addition, he has a genuine love of meeting people and working with them to achieve their goals.  Thanks to his father’s support, he is able to continually thrive in the industry.
Jason Plenderleith enjoys real estate so much that he feels that he would never retire from it.  It’s his passion for helping people achieve their dream house which drives him to succeed every day.  During Christmas, he enjoys giving back to the local community through visiting various soup kitchens and helping to serve holiday dinners for the needy.
Amidst all of his accomplishments, he would still like to write a book on real estate skills.  Jason Plenderleith would like to help other people new to the industry attain the success that he has had.  He would also like to climb Mt. Everest one day.
He feels very fortunate to be raised by a kind, loving family who always encouraged him to pursue his desired career.  He realizes that without them, he would not be as successful with his life.  Jason Plenderleith always viewed sales as a very exciting career with unlimited potential earnings.  If you are an enthusiastic people person, sales may be the career for you.  Jason also volunteers his time mentoring other real estate agents who are new in the industry to help guide them through the process of how to succeed as a realtor.  Despite the many challenges that come with the territory of the industry, Jason Plenderleith would not trade a single day for any other occupation because he loves learning new material every day.
