Learn How to Balance Work/Life Issues at FMC Women's Empowerment Summit May 16

BETHPAGE, N.Y. - May 8, 2014 - PRLog -- "Work/Life Balance: Finding the Right Equation for Happiness"  is one of six workshops offered at FMC Women's Empowerment Summit on May 16. The event, which runs from 7.30 a.m. to 12 noon at Briarcliffe College, Bethpage, N.Y., is designed for women in all facets of their careers, from those fresh out of college to the highly experienced worker in need of inspiration.

Highlighting this year's event is a  breakfast keynote by one of New York's most successful and well known women,Bernadette Castro, COO of Castro Convertibles and former New York State commissioner of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation. Known for her candor and sense of humor, Castro's keynote is entitled, 'The Message is You.'

Careers today are incredibly demanding. But what about the other roles that many women fill, such as being a wife or mother? Receive valuable advice from women who have done it all at the "Work/Life Balance" discussion. Learn how to manage your time and create a less stressful environment for yourself as you juggle all that life has to throw at you.
