According the firm’s CEO, Bradley, the professionals here have been consistently mastering the business and promotional skills they need, and as a result, many are receiving promotions this month.
As of March 31st, Jeff and Levi were promoted to run a prestigious telecommunications client’s campaign for the firm. This is an honor for the two, who have shown themselves to be extremely driven. To train for the campaign, they will be traveling to Philadelphia to learn under an account manager with experience working for this client.
In addition to Jeff and Levi’s promotions, Kylie has been promoted to human resources manager for three OnPoint OC locations, including Milwaukee and New Orleans. Likewise, Azia was promoted to the position of area market representative, and is now responsible for the client acquisition side of the firm. She has shown consistency and dedication in her efforts, and is really taking off with some of the firm’s biggest accounts, including La Habra Bowl and 60+ locations of the American Tire Depot.
Assistant and account manager positions are being filled quickly during this second quarter as well, with Stanley and Staci taking on assistant manger positions and Lauren and Kyle not far behind. The firm also promoted Nick, Ian, Pablo, and Shaun to the position of account manager. According to the CEO, “These four are really stepping up and taking the reins on the LA Angels Campaign.”
OnPoint OC Acquires New Clients and Looks Forward to Training Events
Many of the recent promotions for OnPoint OC executives have been out of necessity as the firm’s client list grows. In particular, the company recently acquired Catalina Island as a client for the year. Additionally, Starlight Cinemas has signed on with the firm for another summer of promotional events. These and other new clients have also brought a wave of excitement around the office.
In addition to celebrating a growing portfolio, OnPoint OC’s April calendar is full of happy events. First on the agenda was the wedding of the firm’s CEO. Bradley got married on April 5th, and the team couldn’t be happier for their leader.
The firm was also given the opportunity to attend the Toshiba Classic in Newport Beach, thanks to the successful campaign they ran for one of their larger clients. Events like this are the result of working hard together to achieve the results they’ve aimed for.
Finally, kicking off the new quarter was attendance at the Keys to Success Conference, held in Chicago, Illinois. This conference was a fantastic training opportunity for highly-motivated individuals. Nominated by their managers, the select few in attendance were given the chance to hear six guest speakers. These individuals come from all types of backgrounds and educational histories – but what they have in common is their success in this industry.
In addition to the inspirational keynote addresses, attendees are involved in networking opportunities.
