HR Software to Spinoff from IMC and Tackle HR IT Challenges

DULLES, Va. - Feb. 21, 2014 - PRLog -- After nearly 20 years of providing information technology (IT) management solutions, primarily to the Federal Government, Innovative Management Concepts (IMC), http://www.imcva.com, has formed a spinoff company, HR Software, LLC, to manage and grow its portfolio of human resources (HR) sector solutions for both commercial and government clients.

HR Software was founded to ensure that there was a dedicated team to focus on key solutions that began their development under IMC. HR Software will now take over the development and promotion of MemberCircle, an organizational communication portal and social network hybrid, as well as CFS, a patented continuous feedback system that allows users in key leadership positions to keep their fingers on the pulse of employee morale with just a few mouse clicks.

In addition to its own portfolio of HR IT solutions, HR Software is able to capitalize on its role of part owner of HRworx, http://hrworx.com, a company that specializes in offering paperless solutions to onboarding, financial disclosure, telework management/operational continuity, and separation management.
