SelbySoft, Inc Expands Customer Rewards System

A new method of tracking and implementing customer rewards has been added to the popular SP-1 for Coffee & Restaurant point of sale system.
 
PUYALLUP, Wash. - Feb. 13, 2014 - PRLog -- SP-1 for Coffee and Restaurants point of sale system currently has two methods of tracking customer rewards.

1) Buy x get x free:  This is the popular buy 10 get 1 free promotion many stores use.

2) Every $1.00 earns a point:  A customer might earn a free drink after 35 points.

SelbySoft has added a third method of rewards that allows a store to reward customers by offereing a percentage back.   This percentage can then be used on future transactions to purchase products.

"With this new method, customers can earn a type of "cash back" on their transactions.  This allows a coffee shop to say that the customer receives 10% back to be used on a future transaction.  As with our other rewards methods, SP-1  for  Coffee allows customers to specifiy the menu items that qualify along with many other options.
