“There’s something actually very liberating about restrictions. By giving myself a very strict set of parameters to design around I forced myself to think in ways I hadn’t before.”
Headquartered in Hinesburg, Vermont, Mark works as a freelance graphic designer and has several published children’s books including “A Book About Design” and “The Spooky Box.”
“There’s always been a very strong connection between numbers and my design but this project definitely took it to the extreme.”
Kickstarter is a crowdfunding site where project creators set a funding goal and deadline. If people like a project, they can pledge money to make it happen. Funding on Kickstarter is all-or-nothing — projects must reach their funding goals to receive any money (from Kickstarter.com)
